All swimming lessons must be paid in full before lessons begin.

A minimum of a 6-hour notice is required for swim reschedule or cancellation.

We have a 0-refund policy – once lessons are purchased, lessons will be given according to the package purchased. If the client is dissatisfied for any reason, the instructor will advise not to renew.

Online payments preferred; PayPal, Venmo or Cashapp accepted. Cash is accepted on the case-by-case basis, but must be paid when the instructor arrives to conduct the lesson.

Parents/Guardians are encouraged to watch swimming lessons, just as long as they do not create a distraction. At least 1 parent/guardian must be available in the case of emergency.

Registration fee is included in pricing for each lesson package. There may be an additional fee for distances over 30 miles outside of the travel radius. Additional fees may apply for equipment needed for lessons to progress (fins, paddles, etc.)

All classes paid for must be completed within the operational swim season (May- mid-September). Outstanding lessons after that point will be credited to the following swim season or scheduled at an indoor pool if applicable.

Customers should expect to pay for 4 lessons upon signup or at the first lesson. Discounts offered at 8 lessons booked in advance.

New clients should expect the first lesson to be an assessment lesson – a lesson where we get to know each other. These lessons may run shorter (occasionally longer) than the regularly-scheduled Lessons thereafter are full lessons. Assessments are done every 8-12 lessons.

Future clients should consider swimming goals as well as how much swimming experience they have. Clients should also consider paying in bulk at a 4-lesson rate vs a’la carte, as paying one lesson at a time will not guarantee the day and time availability for the following week.
